CUSTOMS & DOCUMENTATION
All international shipments are subject to customs clearance at origin and
destination. Accurate and complete documentation is essential for smooth
processing.
COMMONLY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Commercial Invoice (mandatory)
- Packing List
- KYC documents (as applicable)
- Authorization letters (if required)
- Import / export permits for restricted items
IMPORTANT:
- Declared shipment value must be accurate
- Misdeclaration may result in delays, penalties, or seizure
- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are payable by the shipper or consignee, as applicable
