LIABILITY, INSURANCE & RESPONSIBILITY

Limitation of liability

Magnum Express shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, delay, or confiscation arising due to:

• Acts of God or natural calamities
• Customs actions or regulatory authorities
• Force majeure events
• Improper packing by the shipper
• Inaccurate or incomplete documentation
• Prohibited or restricted shipment contents

Insurance

• Limited standard liability may apply as per courier network terms
• Shipment insurance is available on request at additional cost
• Full coverage against loss or damage applies only when insurance is opted at the time of booking

Customer responsibility

• The shipper is solely responsible for ensuring shipment contents are legal, accurately declared, and compliant with applicable laws
• Any penalties, fines, duties, seizures, or legal actions arising from non‑compliance shall be the responsibility of the shipper or consignee
